Shabbington is a small rural village with access to other villages including Long Crendon with its shops, doctor.s surgery, churches, village inns, library, schooling, recreational facilities etc. Shabbington has a village church and a very lovely village in which sits aside the river Thame with gardens and views of the river. The M40 is within easy travelling distance with routes to London, the Midlands and Northern networks and there is a railway station at the nearby village of Haddenham with a direct line to Marylebone, London. The market town of Thame is a few miles distance as is the city of Oxford.
