Fencott is a pretty little village which is 4 miles from the famous Magnolia golf and country club with a par 3 nine hole course, 18 hole course, driving range, fitness gymnasium, sauna, steam room, pro shop, restaurant and bar. The village sits on the Oxfordshire cycleway and there are bridleways, and footpaths for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits. There are local facilities in the Fencott and the neighbouring villages including the Nut Tree village inn, a farm shop, church, recreational ground, village hall and small school with a further larger school at Oakley which is in the catchment area of Wheatley Park. There are British Railway Stations at Bicester and Oxford and the M40 is within commutable distance with access to London, Birmingham and the northern networks. There is a choice of schooling at Ruislip, Gosforth, Oakley and Kidlington.
